I coordinate and run individual coaching and group workshops based upon New York Times best selling author Gabrielle Bernstein's book May Cause Miracles. Six-week workshops are geared to help you create subtle shifts by consistently choosing love and acceptance. Each week will focus on a different chapter of the book to help you achieve miraculous change in every area of your life:
Week 1: Identify how fear has blocked your life's flow.
Week 2: Learn the importance of self love.
Week 3: Remove fear that blocks financial abundance.
Week 4: Removing fear that blocks you from having the romantic relationship you want.
Week 5: Removing self sabotage~food and body~identify the root cause of any food and body issues you may have and embracing your beautiful self.
Week 6: Recognize that you are a Miracle Worker!! How to change the world by embracing our power and open up our hearts to the world.
Individual work includes email support between sessions. Group work includes email support and an access to a private online community on Facebook to learn from each other. Groups must have at least 4 members.
In this process, we will work directly with the book May Cause Miracles by Gabrielle Bernstein. Before beginning, I ask that you prepare yourself by reading the introduction to the book, and use this time to prepare by engaging in self care activities, including (but not limited to) salt baths, meditation, time in nature, getting proper sleep, and eating well.
Individual coaching per session: $125
Individual coaching for six-week program if purchased as a package: $250, with $50 due at registration
Group coaching workshop six-week program: $600, due by the start of the group.
